Chargers v Texans 8-13 preseason

The Los Angeles Chargers beat the Houston Texans 27-7 in the 2026 NFL preseason opener at NRG Stadium in Houston on August 13, 2026. Cameron Dicker hit field goals from 34 and 48 yards, Amar Johnson ran in two touchdowns, and DJ Uiagalelei found Devonte Ross from three yards out. Houston's only score came on a Davis Mills throw to Jared Wayne. Preseason means deep rosters and unfamiliar numbers, so this gallery leans on the players making their case, both quarterback rotations, and sideline moments.
